Who can become a Luda Digital partner?+

Agencies, freelancers, consultants, and anyone with a network of businesses that need web design, apps, automation, or software. If you refer clients to us, you should be a partner.

How much commission do I earn?+

You earn 10% of the project value on every referred project that is completed and paid. For example, a R 50,000 web build earns you R 5,000. Commissions are paid monthly for fully-paid projects.

How are referrals tracked?+

When someone clicks your unique referral link, we set a 90-day cookie. If they submit an enquiry or start a project within that window, it's attributed to you. The dashboard shows every step.

When do I get paid?+

Commissions are paid monthly for projects that have been fully paid by the client. You can see pending and paid amounts in your dashboard at any time.

How will I get paid?+

We pay all partner commissions by electronic funds transfer (EFT) directly into your bank account. We do not pay by cash, card, or any other method — only EFT. You'll need to provide your banking details when your first commission is approved.

Can I refer existing Luda Digital clients?+

No. Commissions only apply to new business. If the company is already in our CRM, the referral won't be counted.

Is there a cost to join?+

No. The partner program is free to join. There are no monthly fees, no minimum referrals, and no contracts.

Can I choose my own partner code?+

Yes. Pick a memorable alias when you apply (e.g. 'ACME' or 'Sara'). It becomes your referral link and sign-in code. If your choice is taken, we'll suggest alternatives.
