1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Luda Digital ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Luda Digital provides digital services including website development, e-commerce solutions, mobile app development, WordPress plugin development, automation, branding, and ongoing maintenance plans. The scope of each project is defined in the individual proposal or agreement provided to the client.
3. Payments
Payment terms are outlined in each project proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, a 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly fee.
4. Project Scope & Revisions
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately and must be approved before work proceeds.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all deliverables (designs, code, content) are transferred to the client. Luda Digital retains the right to display completed work in portfolios and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Third-Party Services
Some projects may require third-party services (hosting, domains, plugins, payment gateways). Costs for these services are the client's responsibility unless explicitly included in the proposal.
7. Maintenance Plans
Monthly care and maintenance plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice. We are not responsible for issues arising after plan cancellation.
8. Limitation of Liability
Luda Digital shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
9. Cancellations & Refunds
Project cancellations after work has begun will be billed for all work completed to date. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started. Refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
